Been a customer for over a couple years now. They are always open to helping me get a great customer experience. I bring both of our family vehicles to them and have the full carwash unlimited package. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
This was my first and last visit. I just bought a used vehicle and wanted to get the inside cleaned, so paid for the "full service". All they did was vacuum and rinse off my car mats. Once the mats dried, they looked just as bad as when I came in. The dashboard was not cleaned at all, there was dirt and dust everywhere. The windows were only partially cleaned, with streaks and missed spots everywhere. I had to clean them myself when I got home. The place was not busy, so no excuse for them to not do a thorough job. I will not be back.
Not happy with the service. Vacuuming wasn't very good. Wash was fine, but noticed that a piece of moulding was loose when we got home. Called to speak to the manager and it was so though he didn't care. Suggested that we bring the car back. Didn't have time to take it back and I had to suggest that he give me credit. As for the moulding, he said just snap it back in. They just snap into place. Sometimes the dryer with pop it out. We have been through other car washes and had no issues. Just very disappointed.
I had a boat done there and it was less than satisfactory. The outside of the boat looked pretty good but the inside was bad. Not one compartment was opened much less cleaned. The nooks and crannies were left untouched as well. The easy to reach surfaces were just wiped down and some Armorall type material put on them. It was nothing more than I could do by myself in a few hours on a weekend. Not worth the $350 spent.
They do a very good good job. Price is comparable to other full service washes. However, they are pretty slow too. There were 4 cars in line ahead of me and it took about 25 minutes for them to finish my car. Still recommend though, I like supporting small businesses and they are good at what they do. Just don't plan on a quick visit.
