Very disappointed with this Jimmy Johns lack of quality and professional courtesy. Stopped in Wednesday evening with my toddler to grab dinner for my family. There were no customers but the four parking spots in front of the shop were full. I order two #9s a #8 and a #15. There's 3 guys and a girl working. I'm holding my son so I ask the guy placing the sandwiches on the counter to "please put them in a bag" he looks at me and sets a bag on the counter next to the sandwiches and just stands there. I attempt to get the sandwiches in the bag while maintaining control of my child to no avail. Zero help from the employee. I scoop up the sandwiches with my son and make my way out the door across the parking lot to my vehicle. When I get home I find out that one of the sandwiches the #15 had nothing but Tuna on it.

@ 8:50 we opened JJ App only to find out it dropped my account, so I reloaded it.
We got home, from work, at 8:30 figured we had plenty of time to figure out what we would like to eat for dinner.
We decided on Jimmy Johns.
First time ordering online at this place and the delivery time and food was phenomenal! Price was decent and I plan on ordering JJ again when I'm sick of pizza.
We have ordered from the St Francis location a few times, for delivery to our office in Anoka. Always happy :)

Then I clicked on 2 sandwiches orders from our previous list clicked pay and it rejected our card. Went through it again reentered info clicked pay and it tells me the store is now closed. It was 30 seconds after 9.
I'm done ordering their overpriced food, it's been a pain in the ass almost every time we order.
